Eligibility:

• Grades 2–4

• Responsible, good behavior school-wide

• “C” or above average in all subjects

Permission Form Process:

• Forms will be handed out September 5–8, 2025

1. Must be signed by classroom teacher

2. Then signed by a parent/guardian

3. Turn into Ms. Cook by Friday, September 12th

Try-Out Information:

• Try-outs are after school in the gym, 2:30–3:30

• Dates:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 16th → 2nd Grade

  • Tuesday, Sept. 23rd → 3rd & 4th Grade

Scoring:

• Skills judged by 3–4 adults

• Each skill scored 0–2

• Students only compared with others in their grade

• Top scorers fill available team spots

Results:

• Notes go home Friday, Sept. 26th

If Selected:

• Practices: Every Tuesday, 2:30–3:30 starting Sept. 30th

• Parents must pick up children at the gym door at 3:30

• Parents provide transportation to and from all away performances

Important: If you cannot pick up your child promptly at 3:30, please make other arrangements. Be careful in the parking lot — many children will be outside after practice.
